The Field Sales & Fulfillment Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, managing retailer relationships, ensuring timely product delivery, maintaining product availability at outlets, and executing merchandising activities. The role requires regular market visits, order collection, stock monitoring, and coordination between distributors, retailers, and the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and distributors on a daily basis.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collect orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Promote new product launches, seasonal offerings, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Fulfillment & Distribution
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure products are delivered as per schedule while maintaining cold-chain standards.
- Track stock movement and inventory levels at customer locations.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor product freshness and expiry dates at outlets.
Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure proper product placement and freezer visibility at retail locations.
- Maintain branding materials, point-of-sale displays, and promotional assets.
- Conduct regular audits of freezer cleanliness and product arrangement.
- Implement trade promotions and in-store activation programs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
- Track collections and outstanding payments where applicable.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Update CRM or sales tracking systems regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, or ice cream sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of retail sales and distribution channels.
- Basic inventory and stock management understanding.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Familiarity with mobile reporting applications and MS Excel.

- Experience in FMCG cold-chain products is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to handle physical field work and market visits.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
