Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptops.
- Replace laptop hardware components.
- Install Windows, drivers, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Handle customer service requests professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of laptop repair experience.
- Good knowledge of laptop hardware.
- Basic motherboard troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
