Job Overview
FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Cost Accountant to monitor, analyze, and control operational costs. The ideal candidate should have experience in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain cost sheets for clients, processes, and business units.
- Analyze budget vs. actual costs and perform variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct profitability analysis across clients, locations, and service lines.
- Track key cost drivers such as headcount, utilization, and productivity.
- Assist in pricing, contract costing, and business proposals.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits.
Requirements
- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) qualified.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
- Experience in BPO/ITES industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an added advantage.
