Paparizza is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, continental dishes and bar knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Basic to advanced knowledge of bar operations and beverages
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
