Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Investment Banking Division. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance solutions, IPOs, and related financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, etc.

Generate leads for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance transactions, IPOs, and IPO funding.

Develop strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Indian market.
Client Engagement:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financial transactions and market trends.

Address client inquiries and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
