1. As per GFC drawings Quantities take off and to Prepare Execution budget and Tender quantity vs GFC quantity deviation statement preparation
2. Client Bill - Submission and get certification from client/consultant with all supporting documents and Deviation statement preparation
3. Labour Deployment plan preparation
4. Resource Tracker and Bid package preparation
5. Daily Quantity report preparation
6. CQ Submission (NT Items)
7. Subcontractors Quantity Verification
8. Labour Bill Quantity verification
9. Raising and Register maintaining
10. RFI
11. Cost Control
Material Reconciliation
Labour Reconciliation
Sub-contractors Reconciliation
Machinery Reconciliation
All indirect item cost reconciliation as per site conditions and as per budget
