Role: Medical Representative (Paediatric Segment)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the Paediatric segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to Paediatricians, General Physicians, and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor visits as per daily call planning.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness among healthcare professionals.
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meetings, and product presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure product availability at stockists and retailers.
- Collect payment and maintain outstanding reports, if applicable.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of paediatric products and market
- Ability to build doctor relations
- Sales target-oriented mindset
- Basic reporting and CRM handling knowledge
Qualification:
- Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharm / Any Graduate preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the paediatric pharma segment
- Good doctor connectivity in the assigned area
- Ready to travel extensively within the territory
- Self-motivated and result-driven
