What You'll Do
● Connect with salon owners over phone calls.
● Understand their hiring requirements in a simple conversation.
● Introduce our recruitment services and explain how we help salons hire the right talent.
● Maintain regular follow-ups with salon partners.
● Coordinate with our recruitment team to close hiring requirements.
● Build long-term professional relationships with salon owners.
No field visits. No cold door-to-door sales. You'll work comfortably from our office with complete guidance from the team.
