- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, other digital formats.
- Develop stories, concepts, hooks, narratives, and creative angles for different audiences.
- Research and understand content formats, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.
- Understand what drives watch time, retention, engagement.
- Experiment with different hooks, storytelling structures, CTAs, and content styles to improve performance.
- Use tools for brainstorming, research, scripting, ideation, rewriting, and content development while maintaining a human creative touch.
- Experiment with AI-generated content and understand how AI can support the creative process.
- Research successful creators, brands, campaigns, and viral content to understand why certain content performs well.
- Maintain a library of hooks, story structures, content ideas, references, and prompts.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form scripts and multiple content formats.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas regularly.
- Analyse content performance and use insights to improve future scripts.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, content trends, creator formats, and changes in social-media algorithms.
Internship Expectations: We are not looking for someone who already knows everything.
We are looking for someone who has the passion to write, curiosity to understand digital platforms, and willingness to experiment with ideas. If you have written stories at 2 AM because an idea wouldn't leave your head, created scripts nobody asked you to write, maintained a personal blog, analysed why a Reel went viral, to bring a story to life - we want to meet you.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
