Al Salama School of Safety Studies is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Fire & Safety Faculty to deliver high-quality training to students pursuing safety certifications and professional courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Fire & Safety subjects
- Train students on fire prevention, fire protection systems, risk assessment, and emergency response
- Conduct practical demonstrations, mock drills, and safety simulations
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and institutional guidelines
- Provide guidance and mentoring to students for career development
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field
- Relevant certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 1 year teaching or industry experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to students
- Practical knowledge of fire equipment and safety procedures
- Passion for teaching and student development
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Indian & International safety standards
- Good classroom management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
