Job Description – Design Engineer (Mechanical & Plumbing)
Position: Design Engineer – Mechanical & Plumbing
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–8 years
Salary:65,000.00 to 75,000.00 INR

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review mechanical and plumbing design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and related MEP systems.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Coordinate mechanical and plumbing designs with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.
- Review and approve technical submittals, material selections, and shop drawings where required.
- Assist in identifying and resolving design clashes and technical issues.
- Prepare as-built drawings and update designs based on site requirements.
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in mechanical and plumbing design.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, design calculations, and technical documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
