Location: Noida, India
Area of Function: Back Office
Essential Functions:
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance (US P&C) is mandatory
- Preference if have personal lines policy processing knowledge
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines as per agreed quality standard on all SOPs
- Ensure that the assigned targets are achieved as per agreed SLA
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
- Proficient in understanding and validating the insurance related documents
- Should be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment

Technical Skills
High level computer proficiency
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Analytical Skills
Able to make decisions following the process guidelines
Judgment based processing while following the procedures
Process Specific Skills
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain
Soft skills (Desired)
Proficient in judgment based processing
Proficient in English communication
Soft Skills (Minimum)
Good communication skills (writing and verbal)
Good comprehension skills
Candidate should prepare written communication using correct vocabulary (appropriate sentence structure, proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, paragraph size etc.)
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any stream with relevant experience.
Work Experience Requirements
Total work experience should be a minimum of 1+ years in Property & Casualty Insurance
