Job Title - PMO (Project Management Office)
Experience – 6 to 8 Years
Job Summary:
The
PMO professional will support program and project governance, reporting, financial tracking, and delivery assurance across multiple initiatives. The role requires strong coordination skills, structured reporting capabilities, and hands‑on experience in monitoring project health, risks, dependencies, and metrics. The PMO acts as a key enabler to ensure consistent delivery and transparency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Program Governance:
- Support implementation of PMO standards, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure projects comply with defined delivery frameworks and governance models.
- Facilitate project reviews, audits, and stage‑gate assessments.
Project & Portfolio Tracking:
- Track project progress across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
- Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and dependency trackers.
- Flag early warning signals and escalate issues appropriately.
Reporting & Dashboards:
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards for portfolio health, milestones, and KPIs.
- Provide insights and trends rather than status-only updates.
Financial & Resource Management:
- Support budget planning, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
- Track invoice approvals, CapEx/OpEx, and burn rates.
- Assist in resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Organize and track action items for governance meetings and steering committees.
- Act as a central point for project documentation and communication.
- Work on creation and implementation of Stake-Holder Management Reviews.
Process Improvement & Tool Support:
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field
Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or program support roles
- Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously
- Exposure to IT, Digital, or Enterprise transformation projects preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project tracking and reporting skills
- Good understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Tools & Methodologies:
- Project tools: ServiceNow Reporting, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Clarity, Planview
- Reporting tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (preferred)
