Role Summary Lead end-to-end supply chain, inventory, warehouse and retail inventory operations across retail, institutional, distribution, government and online sales channels. Key Responsibilities Inventory planning, forecasting, procurement and supplier coordination. Warehouse, ERP, barcode/RFID and inventory accuracy. Retail stock replenishment and product display standards. Online inventory, fulfilment, returns and reverse logistics. Identify slow-moving/dead stock and execute offers and clearance campaigns. Develop SOPs and lead the inventory team for continuous improvement. Key KPIs Inventory accuracy, stock availability, inventory turnover, dead stock reduction, order fulfilment, supplier performance, warehouse productivity and display compliance.
