You will work on exciting and technologically cutting-edge product development projects, in the areas of control prototyping, Software-In-the-Loop (SIL) simulation and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation.
In this role, you take ownership of product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers solutions that meet customer needs. You will act as the bridge between product management and technical implementation, guiding priorities to maximize value delivery. You will focus on requirements related to simulation and validation products hosted on desktop and cloud platforms. As the whole segment is developing according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will ensure a good collaboration between the teams in the release train. - You own the product backlog and ensure it maximizes value in alignment with the product vision and business goals
- You analyze, coordinate, and prioritize product features in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- You translate customer requirements into clear features and acceptance criteria, balancing technical feasibility with business value
- You coordinate with all stakeholders and global teams for product alignment
- You have a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- You have extensive experience with agile methodologies and have several years of experience as a Product Owner within automotive domain and have a SAFe® certification, such as SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or SAFe® Agilist
- You have experience in development of desktop and cloud applications in automotive domain
- You are familiar with Azure® DevOps and Git for version control and CI/CD workflows
- You have strong collaboration skills, ensuring product requirements align with HIL and SIL workflows
- You have a customer-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- You are an excellent communicator with good presentation skills
- You are enthusiastic about agility, change management and team development
