Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer (HVAC & AHU) to drive business growth by identifying client needs and offering tailored HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with exceptional sales capabilities toengage with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales & Consulting:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Interpret architectural and MEP drawings to develop system designs and proposals.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, tenders, and project quotations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, project managers, and facility teams.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos to potential clients and stakeholders.
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets by generating leads, managing pipeline, and closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC segments.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project execution teams for smooth delivery and installation.
- Provide post-sales support for issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Market Intelligence:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in HVAC.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, VRF/VRV, air handling units, and ducting.
- Proficiency in HVAC software/tools (e.g., HAP, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
