We are a Chartered Accountant firm based in Bangalore looking for an experienced Tax Executive / Semi-Qualified professional with strong hands-on experience in Income Tax compliances and return filing.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have independently handled Income Tax Return preparation and filing for various categories of clients and are comfortable working on practical tax matters with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for:
- Salaried Individuals
- Proprietorships
- Firms & LLPs
- Companies
- NRIs
- Computation of:
- Capital Gains (Shares, Mutual Funds, Property etc.)
- Foreign Asset Reporting
- Foreign Income disclosures
- DTAA relief and tax credit workings
- Handling tax compliance related to:
- Advance Tax
- TDS mismatch and rectifications
- Income Tax notices and responses
- AIS / 26AS / TIS reconciliation
- Working on NRI taxation matters including:
- Residential status determination
- DTAA applicability
- Foreign income taxation
- Taxability of investments and remittances
- Coordination with clients for collecting tax data and resolving queries
- Reviewing tax documents and ensuring accurate reporting under Income Tax provisions
Technical Skills Required
- Strong practical knowledge of Income Tax Act
- Hands-on experience in Income Tax Return filing
- Good understanding of:
- Capital Gains taxation
- Foreign Asset reporting
- NRI taxation
- DTAA provisions
- Tax portal compliances
- Familiarity with:
- Income Tax Portal
- AIS / TIS / 26AS reconciliation
- Excel and working papers preparation
Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com / Semi-Qualified CA preferred
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Income Tax return filing in a CA firm
- Candidate should be capable of handling tax assignments independently
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Candidates currently residing in Bangalore will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
