Role Overview
The R&D Admin Executive will support the Research & Development team by organizing, maintaining, and updating product data and documentation across Zoho Inventory, Excel trackers, and product catalogues. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product information, including specifications, SKUs, materials, finishes, and dimensions, while following defined SOPs. The position also requires leveraging AI tools, particularly Claude, to improve documentation and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and update product data received from the R&D team.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho Inventory, Excel trackers, and product catalogues.
- Validate product specifications, SKUs, materials, finishes, and dimensions.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
- Use AI tools (Claude) to streamline documentation and data management.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
- Experience using AI tools, preferably Claude, for documentation and spreadsheet management.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage structured product data accurately in a process-driven environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
