Position: Membership Consultant
As a Membership Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will be to promote our fitness programs, convert inquiries into memberships, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and leads effectively to achieve monthly membership targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable plans.
- Conduct facility tours and present membership options confidently.
- Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or social media.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports.
- Collaborate with the fitness and admin teams to ensure high member satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in the fitness/gym industry).
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Personality: Energetic, confident, and goal-driven with a passion for fitness.
- Education: Any graduate; background in fitness or wellness is a plus.
