Job Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for Experienced Associates / Colleagues who can independently manage, drive, and grow our Residential Sale, Purchase, and Leasing Vertical across prime locations in South Delhi.
- Market Operations: Handle end-to-end residential transactions, including high-end sales, outright purchases, and leasing.
- Lead Management: Source, pitch, and convert residential property leads into successful deals.
- Client Advisory: Understand client requirements to match them with suitable residential options in South Delhi.
- Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct regular property site visits, inspections, and client meetings on the field.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong networks with property owners, buyers, and developers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Purchase, and Leasing (preferably focusing on the South Delhi residential market).
- Location Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with South Delhi neighborhoods, property values, and residential trends.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular on-the-field movement and client meetings (On the Road).
