Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and material usage on site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any quality or safety issues.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Manage site resources efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
