ChargET (Ever Fuels Pvt Ltd) is Eastern India's fastest-growing EV charging network with 80+ active locations.
We're looking for an Operations Manager to own backend ops, charger monitoring, performance tracking, and customer support coordination across our network.
What you'll do:
- Monitor charger uptime, utilization & performance metrics
- Manage CMS dashboards and backend platforms
- Coordinate with service engineers for field issue resolution
- Handle customer escalations and support tickets
- Conduct due diligence for new sites and partnerships
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or Operations
- 2-5 years in operations, project coordination, or backend management
- Strong Excel & reporting skills
- Bonus: Experience in EV, energy, mobility, or logistics
Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000/month
