Job Title: Tele Calling Executive (Freshers)
Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Salary : INR 15,000/- to INR 20,000/-
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers from Manipur and other North Eastern states who possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making and receiving calls, building rapport with customers, and maintaining a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Attend and handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain company services clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be from Manipur or other North Eastern states.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
