Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Prepare and review architectural, structural, and MEP design drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering designs.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review design calculations, technical specifications, and engineering documents.
- Optimize designs to improve constructability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Project Development
- Participate in project feasibility studies and technical evaluations.
- Assist in preparing design briefs, project specifications, and technical reports.
- Support project planning and development activities from concept to completion.
- Coordinate design changes and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Drawing & Documentation Management
- Prepare and maintain design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure proper version control and documentation of all design-related records.
- Review drawings submitted by consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation and project design databases.
Coordination & Technical Support
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Provide technical support during project execution and site activities.
- Resolve design-related issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Attend project meetings and design review sessions.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and engineering best practices.
- Verify compliance with statutory approvals and local authority regulations.
- Participate in design audits and quality reviews.
- Identify risks and recommend corrective measures.
Research & Development
- Evaluate new construction materials, technologies, and methodologies.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve project performance and sustainability.
- Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Master's Degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in design and development within the construction industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or high-rise projects preferred.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
