Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Primary Market Associate to support primary market operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with corporates, banks, depositories, stock exchanges, and clients while ensuring smooth execution of transactions and timely resolution of client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with corporates, banks, depositories, BRLMs, and stock exchanges.
- Provide necessary information and documentation to clients before transaction execution.
- Maintain and update client records accurately.
- Update corporate action events and client details in the company database.
- Handle and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
- Process allotment-related activities.
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely completion of required actions.
- Ensure operational accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, IPO Operations, Depository Operations, Stock Broking, or Financial Services.
- NISM IIA Certification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IPO and primary market processes.
- Client servicing and stakeholder management experience.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,667.00 per month
