Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic PGT Physics with 10+ years of CBSE teaching experience for Grades 11 & 12. The ideal candidate possesses deep subject expertise, a thorough grasp of CBSE board evaluation patterns (including practical and theoretical components), and a proven track record of mentoring senior secondary students towards academic excellence and competitive exam readiness.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Academic Delivery & Planning
- Instruction: Deliver high-quality, conceptually clear Physics lessons (covering Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics) to Grades 11 and 12 as per the latest CBSE syllabus.
- Planning: Design annual pedagogical maps, lesson plans, and structured laboratory schedules tailored to diverse learning paces.
- Exam Prep: Mentor students for Class 12 Boards and competitive exams (JEE Main, NEET, CUET) using sample papers, conceptual derivations, and marking schemes.
2. Assessment & Evaluation
- Testing: Design theory and practical exam papers aligned strictly with CBSE's blueprint, case-study questions, and competency-based patterns.
- Grading & Feedback: Provide timely evaluation of answer scripts and lab journals, offering constructive feedback to bridge conceptual gaps.
- Analytics: Track performance data to design targeted interventions for underperforming students.
3. Mentorship & Classroom Management
- Support: Conduct remedial classes for struggling students and enrichment sessions for high achievers aiming for top percentiles.
- Environment: Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom and laboratory environment that fosters analytical thinking and scientific inquiry.
- Counseling: Offer academic guidance to help students manage exam stress and build confidence.
4. Administration & Collaboration
- CBSE Duties: Participate in external board duties, external practical examinations, answer script evaluation, and exam invigilation.
- Communication: Partner with parents during PTMs to share progress and improvement strategies.
- Alignment: Collaborate with the HoD and TGTs to align the school's science/physics curriculum across secondary tiers.
Job Specifications and QualificationsRequirement :
Qualifications
* M.Sc. in Physics
* B.Ed. is mandatory.
Experience :
* 10+ years as a PGT Physics in a reputed CBSE school.
* Proven track record of 100% quality results in Class 12 Boards and strong handling of physics laboratory coursework.
Age LimitUp to 35–50 years (flexible for highly meritorious candidates) per CBSE norms.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
