Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across production processes.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Waste Reduction.
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity, quality, scrap, and downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and employee engagement programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to implement sustainable improvements.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities and autonomous maintenance initiatives.
- Prepare and present CI project reports, savings reports, and performance dashboards to management.
- Conduct training sessions on Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Continuous Improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
