Job Summary:
To proactively generate leads and sell home loan products over the phone, guiding potential customers from initial inquiry to successful loan disbursement, while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Make outbound calls to potential customers (suspects/leads) to generate interest in home loan products.
- Customer Engagement: Explain features, benefits, terms, and conditions of various home loan schemes.
- Needs Analysis: Understand customer financial situations, needs, and eligibility for different loan products.
- Application Management: Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Sales Conversion: Convert prospects into customers by addressing queries, handling objections, and ensuring smooth closure.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and provide support to the sales team.
- CRM & Reporting: Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and updates in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of home loan products, policies, and competitor offerings.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Prior telesales or loan sales experience preferred.
- Education: 12th Pass or higher.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in Hindi/English/regional languages.
- Technical: Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Attributes: Customer-focused, positive attitude, ability to handle pressure, persistent, and goal-oriented.
