Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager who understands digital culture, short-form content, and platform algorithms — and knows how to convert attention into measurable business growth.
This role owns our social media presence end-to-end, from strategy and content creation to posting, optimization, and paid performance marketing. The ideal candidate is a fast executor, loves experimentation, learns quickly from data, and proactively brings fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
- Create engaging content including reels, short-form videos, posts, captions, and visual assets
- Research trends, algorithms, and viral formats and adapt them to align with brand voice
- Decide what to post, where to post, and when to post based on performance insights
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Track analytics and continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions
- Identify growth opportunities and test new content ideas on a weekly basis
- Build and manage content calendars while maintaining a consistent posting cadence
- Collaborate with product, brand, and marketing teams on campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior
- Proven experience growing social media accounts and driving engagement
- Hands-on experience creating short-form video and reel-based content
- Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on analytics
- Comfortable experimenting, testing, and iterating quickly
- Highly proactive, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and fast execution ability
- Digital-native mindset with strong creative judgment
Nice to Have
- Experience managing brand or creator social media accounts
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing platforms
- Experience running paid ad campaigns
- Basic understanding of branding, positioning, and storytelling
