Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Jewellery CAD Designer with 2–3 years of experience designing high-quality jewellery models. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
CAD software and capable of converting design concepts into precise 3D models suitable for manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Create accurate 3D CAD models for gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Develop ring, pendant, earrings, bangles, bracelets, necklaces, and custom jewellery designs.
Convert hand sketches, reference images, or design concepts into production-ready CAD files.
Ensure designs meet manufacturing, stone-setting, and casting requirements.
Coordinate with manual designers, production teams, and merchandisers to achieve the desired design outcome.
Modify and optimize existing CAD models based on client or production feedback.
Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and design aesthetics.
Stay updated with current jewellery trends and manufacturing techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as a Jewellery CAD Designer.
Proficiency in jewellery CAD software such as Rhino, MatrixGold, Matrix, or JewelCAD.
Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes including casting, stone setting, polishing, and finishing.
Knowledge of diamond and gemstone settings.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about jewellery design and innovation.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Relevant CAD certification will be an added advantage.
