Job Summary
Pushpam Sanskruti Resort Karjat is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Senior Front Office Executive to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in hotel front office operations, and the ability to supervise the team while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor room inventory, reservations, room allocation, and occupancy.
- Handle VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest requests.
- Train, mentor, and guide Front Office Executives and Associates.
- Prepare daily reports, cash reconciliation, and shift handovers.
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and service quality.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals and guest satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 4–6 years of experience in hotel Front Office operations.
- Prior experience as a Senior Front Office Executive or Front Office Supervisor is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (IDS, hotel logix ).
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
