Key Roles & Responsibilities Welcome customers professionally and understand their requirements. Explain gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery collections to customers. Assist customers in selecting designs according to budget and preferences. Generate sales and achieve individual/store sales targets. Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Handle billing coordination and product handover procedures. Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and festive collections. Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters. Ensure safety and security procedures for jewellery handling. Maintain stock knowledge and coordinate with inventory team. Build long-term customer relationships and follow-up with customers. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Support showroom operations during festivals and peak business hours. Follow company grooming and professional appearance standards. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
