Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
- Ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is a plus.
