Job Title: Business Partner – Real Estate
A Business Partner in the real estate industry is responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting projects, and driving sales growth. They act as a bridge between the company and potential customers/investors while contributing to the overall expansion of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and field activities.
- Identify potential customers interested in property investments.
- Promote and market residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the buying process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Market Research
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging investment locations.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Brand Promotion
- Represent the company professionally at events and exhibitions.
- Promote the company's projects through online and offline channels.
- Increase brand awareness within the target market.
Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding approvals, pricing, and payment plans.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹87,623.46 per month
