Study complete tender document,qualification requirement and making necessary tender synopsis and other assessment for qualification.
Coordination with internal team like execution,legal,commercial,purchase etc.
Involve in making consortium / JV agreement and doing the necessary coordination
Floating of various vendor enquiry and making comparison statement
Preparation of Techno commercial proposals
Preparation of Price bids by making / filling various schedules given in bid
Physical submission of tenders either personally /branch peoples and attending Prebid and Post bid meeting with customers/consultant.In case of e-tenders,scanning/uploading of documents on websites.
Attending price bid opening meetings and preparation of Win-Loss analysis.
Maintaining data bank and keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from floating of tenders upto award of work
Keeping track of competitors data
In case of award of work,following formalities: Attending Post bid/Pre-award discussions and preparation of MOM,Verification / study of LOA/ LOI / Detailed order in line with specifications and check for deviations, if any, Submission of order acceptance along with deviations , if any Arranging / Submission of Performance BG / Advance BG for the project .Executing / Signing of Contract Agreements .Contract book binding and distribution of copies to HO/Site/Client
In case of unsuccessful bidder,applying for refund of EMD BG/EMD DD
Tracking of EMD refund payment by making constant follow-up including personal visits to customers office.
Renewal of existing e-tendering registrations time to time(Online portals)
Post order support to HO teams/Clients for various queries,amendments etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
