Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to lead franchise development, acquisition of existing preschools, and end-to-end setup and management of new centers. This role requires strong business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to scale preschool operations from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development & Expansion
Identify and onboard potential franchise partners for preschool expansion
Develop and implement franchise models, agreements, and SOPs
Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Preschool Acquisition
Identify and evaluate existing preschools for acquisition opportunities
Conduct due diligence (financial, operational, legal, and brand alignment)
Lead negotiations and closure of acquisition deals
Oversee transition and integration into the Rainbow system
End-to-End Setup & Launch
Lead the setup of new preschool centers from scratch
Coordinate with design, academic, and operations teams for smooth execution
Ensure infrastructure, staffing, and compliance readiness before launch
Implement branding, curriculum setup, and operational processes
Operations & Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of franchise and acquired centers
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and quality benchmarks
Monitor performance metrics, admissions, and revenue targets
Provide training and support to center heads and staff
Compliance & Strategy
Ensure all centers comply with local regulations and safety norms
Develop growth strategies to scale the preschool network
Track competition and market trends to refine expansion plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in franchise development, preschool operations, or education business expansion
Strong understanding of preschool business models and operations
Experience in handling acquisitions and due diligence processes
Excellent negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and locations simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Experience in the education or preschool industry
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for preschools
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
