We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage daily financial activities while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and payroll records.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Monitor budgets and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of payroll management.
- Familiarity with statutory audits and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
