About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Sales professional with a strong background in the corporate gifting industry, who can drive revenue growth and expand our client base across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients through your existing network, references, portals, platforms, exhibitions, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments.
- Promote our gifting solutions for employee engagement, festivals, welcome kits, events, promotions, and MICE.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to clients.
- Work with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to recommend new products and strategies.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B corporate gifting sales.
- Must have strong connections with corporates, event agencies, HRs, and procurement heads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with travel within NCR for meetings.
