Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and assign service requests to plumbers.
- Schedule plumber meetings and monitor service completion.
- Maintain accurate customer and complaint records in the CRM system.
- Track complaint status and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the marketing budget and expense records.
- Prepare service and MIS reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service or service coordination preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM applications and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
