Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients (email/call/meetings) and share product details, pricing, quotes
- Handle export orders, coordinate with production/dispatch, and track progress
- Ensure export documentation complies with international standards
- Coordinate shipments with logistics partners and update customers on delivery
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order issues
- Follow up on payments (advance, LC, pending) with accounts
Skills Required
- Strong English communication
- Knowledge of export procedures & documentation
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- MS Excel & email proficiency
Qualification
- Graduate (Commerce/Business/International Trade preferred)
- 3+ years experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
