Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (MERN) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working across both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on performance, usability, and clean architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development (React.js / Next.js):
- Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js and Next.js
- Implement rendering strategies such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Client-Side Rendering (CSR)
- Build accessible and mobile-friendly UI using Tailwind CSS
- Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching
- Manage application state using Redux or Context API
Backend Development (Node.js / NestJS):
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js or NestJS
- Work with MongoDB, including queries and aggregation pipelines
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access)
- Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., email services, messaging platforms)
- Build real-time features using technologies like WebSockets or Socket.IO
- Manage background processes such as scheduled jobs and queues
Integrations:
- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay)
- Work with APIs like Google Maps and Firebase for extended functionality
Collaboration & Maintenance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and product
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Required Qualifications
- 3 + years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js
- Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, and CSR concepts
- Experience with Node.js and REST API development
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of state management tools such as Redux or Context API
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques
