- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or education counseling is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls and explain the company's training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for various IT courses and internship programs.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and interviews when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and training teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Resolve basic queries regarding courses, fees, certifications, and placements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in educational counseling, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,516.71 - ₹15,000.00 per month
