Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to promote our educational programs, counsel prospective students, and drive admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Represent the organization professionally and uphold brand values.
Requirements
- Any Degree (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or EdTech is an added advantage.
