VITS Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and growth-driven professional for the role of Business Development Manager (West India) .
The role will focus on expanding the VITS hotel portfolio across West India through onboarding of new properties, management contracts, lease models, and strategic partnerships. The candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building owner relationships, and supporting expansion targets of the organization.
- Identify and develop opportunities for onboarding new hotel properties across West India
- Support expansion through management contracts, lease models, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hotel owners, developers, and investors
- Conduct market mapping and identify high-potential locations for expansion
- Drive hotel conversions and expansion opportunities for the VITS brand
- Manage end-to-end coordination for onboarding of new hotels
- Conduct site visits, property evaluations, and feasibility assessments
- Coordinate with operations, branding, finance, legal, and project teams for smooth onboarding
- Support pre-opening and transition activities for new properties
- Track onboarding timelines and project milestones
- Build strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, consultants, and partners
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities
- Represent the organization at hospitality networking forums and business meetings
- Maintain business development MIS reports and pipeline updates
- Track targets, closures, and expansion progress
- Support management with market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Handle multiple projects and property discussions simultaneously

- Experience in hotel onboarding, contracts, or partnerships preferred
- Exposure to mid-scale or chain hotel brands preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics in West India
- Good networking and relationship-building capabilities
