Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain company products and services clearly.
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
* Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
* 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
