Job Description:
Varmas Audio is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Receive & Dispatch Manager to oversee customer vehicle intake, workflow coordination, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in managing vehicle-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive vehicles from customers and document initial condition
- Inspect and record the incoming condition of each vehicle
- Discuss work requirements and ideas with vehicle owners
- Streamline workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide regular progress updates to both management and customers
- Confirm completion of work and update customers on delivery timelines
- Follow up on payments and ensure clearance before final vehicle delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle dispatch/management or related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
