₹4,000 Night Shift Allowance
Shift Timing:
- 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM or Rotational Night Shift
Eligibility:
- Graduate Freshers or HSC + 6 months of experience in BPO
- Hard copy of final marksheet is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through calls or chat
- Troubleshoot customer queries and technical issues
- Guide customers with step-by-step solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution
