Key responsibilities:
International Marketing – OTC/X
New Market Entry Strategy Development –
- Lead white-space identification exercises and build business cases for expansion opportunities
- Develop market entry strategies including GTM models, portfolio selection & financial projections in partnership with local in-country teams
- Support leadership in strategic planning, scenario modelling, and growth roadmap development
NPD & Portfolio Strategy Enablement –
- Identify white spaces, unmet consumer needs, and innovation opportunities using insights
- Support innovation funnel management from wish-list creation to commercialization readiness
- Facilitate innovation workshops, ideation sessions, and cross-functional sprint initiatives
Research & Insights Identification –
- Integrate multiple data sources (internal sales, primary market research, competitive intelligence, consumer immersions) into decision-oriented outputs
- Generate forward-looking insights, not just descriptive analytics
- Support leadership with actionable dashboards, narratives, and strategic recommendations
- Build and manage a centralized insights repository across emerging markets
- Craft appropriate primary research designs and briefs
- Handle day to day agency relationships including identifying the best partners for the most efficient & effective research approach, supervise all stages of research and ensure timely delivery
Trends & Foresights –
- Track consumer, competitive and channel trends across EMs
- Synthesize trends into clear implications for strategy and innovation
- Support development of future scenarios and pipeline
- Convert foresight into actionable strategic inputs
