Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new customers and grow sales for Wide IT Support.
The candidate will be responsible for B2B and B2C sales, customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, digital marketing support, and promoting our laptops, desktops, accessories, IT services and AMC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Visit offices, schools, colleges, shops and other businesses to generate B2B customers.
- Promote and sell:
- Laptops & Desktops
- Refurbished Laptops
- Printers & Accessories
- Laptop/Computer Service
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- IT Support Solutions
- SSD/RAM Upgrades
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate and business customers.
- Support WhatsApp, Google, Facebook and other digital marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers and market activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in IT, laptop, computer or electronics sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops and IT products is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + attractive incentives
