Qualification:
Any Degree may be considered
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Managing Director
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain records, files, and important documents
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups
Salary:
Starting Rs.25000 hike will be based on experience and qualifications
Languages :
Tamil , English , Hindi must.
